This retained façade redevelopment in St James's includes commercial and residential accommodation. MSMR provided internal space planning and interior design services for the residential component, which comprises four apartments and one duplex penthouse apartment. A reorganisation of the main core has enabled direct lift access to each apartment, as well as releasing additional space on each floor. The symmetrical formal arrangement has allowed for generous hallways offering ample storage and long views through the apartments.
