MSMR provided a full architectural service on this one-off house between Regent Street and Savile Row.
The slender town house - completed in March 2018 - includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, reception room and living space over four storeys. The design provides light and spacious accommodation despite the site’s tapering foot-print and limited frontage.
Levels are played with and floor zones reduced to maximize floor to ceiling heights on the public floors. The building’s only façade must provide light and privacy to all four habitable rooms as well as a first-floor balcony. Handmade brick, Portland stone and bronze cladding create a sophistication to match the building’s location.
