Built in 1924, Morley House forms two thirds of a Grade II listed block on London's Regent Street. The remaining third, Albany House, has already been converted to residential use by MSMR.
Behind retained Portland stone façades the building is being reconstructed and extended to provide 44 private rental apartments ranging in size from one to three bed, including two penthouse duplex units. Residents’ amenities on the ground floor include a lounge and screening room. Meanwhile the existing retail space at ground and basement level is being enlarged and enhanced.
MSMR's interior concept design draws inspiration from the building’s jazz-age origins and its location in heart of the West End, to create a refined, elegant look and feel.
Designed to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating and to be BIM level 2 compliant, MSMR is providing a full architectural service for developer, The Crown Estate on Morley House.
