5 Belvedere Road forms part of the wider Southbank Place masterplan, an ambitious riverside development by Qatari Diar and Canary Wharf Group. The 21-storey residential building occupies a prominent position adjacent to Jubilee Gardens on the South Bank, with expansive views across the River Thames towards some of London’s most recognisable landmarks.
MSMR have worked closely with contractor RJM to develop the design of the 3,800 sq ft. penthouse. The design of the four bedroom luxury apartment is organised around a dramatic double height central space that connects the bedroom wings with the kitchen, dining areas and external roof terraces.
The interior concept, developed by Albion Nord, establishes a calm and sophisticated material palette. Light timber and marble finishes introduce warmth and texture, while highly crafted bespoke joinery elements unify the interior, reinforcing a sense of cohesion and considered detailing across the space.
