This project comprised the refurbishment and extension of a Grade I listed Nash townhouse and mews, to create a light and spacious home for the clients and their young family.
Internal elements such as fireplaces, joinery and plasterwork were carefully refurbished, and the rear of the building was extended to maximise light and access to the garden across two levels. Our service involved in-depth negotiations with both Westminster and The Crown Estate.
