Opus Bankside Launch

The first residential building to be launched at Bankside Yards, a mixed-use development by Native Land on the Southbank, is a 50-storey tower offering spectacular views across London, offering residences ranging from studios to four-bedroom duplex penthouses to the market.

Designed in collaboration between PLP Architecture and MSMR, the building has been conceived to create thoughtful and spacious layouts, celebrating the abundance of natural light and the panoramic views up and down the Thames made possible in this unique and prestigious location.

Complementing the residences are world-class amenities, including a fitness and wellness centre designed by MSMR, located within the historic railway arches running through the middle of the Bankside Yards estate. This facility includes a gym, treatment rooms and training studios, hydrotherapy and relaxation spa, padel courts, golf simulator and bouldering wall. Other amenities include a residents’ lounge with a bar and private dining room, all located on the 23rd floor, arranged around a terrace with breathtaking views over the city. At the lower levels, residents have access to concierge services, co-working spaces, a cinema, art and music studios, and a podcasting suite.

Bankside Yards is also the UK’s first fossil-fuel free large mixed-use development, powered entirely by renewable electricity, and sustainability has been at the core of the design process from the very beginning, in order to maximise efficiency and reduce energy use.

Construction of Opus is set for completion in early 2027.
