MSMR Architects has completed the refurbishment of 76-78 Portland Place in Marylebone into a health-tech-focused co-working hub.
Commissioned by the Howard de Walden Estate, the project repurposes a 1950s institutional building into a flexible, modern workspace to support innovation in the Harley Street Health District.
The central double height space at 76-78 serves as adaptable town hall space. It features a new sculptural stair suspended within a three-storey atrium, connecting internal and external amenity spaces. The 1,830 sq m space includes flexible work areas, a dry lab, podcast studio, and yoga studio.
