MSMR shortlisted at British Homes Awards

MSMR project Knightsbridge Gate has been shortlisted in the Apartment development of the year category at this year’s British Homes Awards.

Knightsbridge Gate, one of the longest façade retention schemes in London, is a mixed-use, new building behind a Grade II listed façade. The development occupies an entire block along the south side of Knightsbridge and provides 15 luxury apartments above a range of office spaces and independent retail units.

The design language of the interior draws inspiration from the building’s Edwardian heritage to combine a rich palette of materials, textures and intricate detailing. The project was completed working alongside Dixon Jones Architects (lead architect) and Richard Griffiths Architects (heritage).

The British Homes Awards recognises every aspect of housebuilding from architectural and interior design through to build quality and innovation, from one-off houses to major developments.

Results will be announced at a ceremony on Friday 30th September 2022
