We are delighted to have been appointed by Reef & Partners on Tribeca, a cutting-edge life sciences development in the heart of the King's Cross St Pancras Knowledge Quarter.
Drawing on our experience across life sciences at Red Hall, Oxford, health technology at 76–78 Portland Place, and hospitality-led workplace design at Derwent Lounges DL/28 & DL/78, MSMR Architects will lead the design and fit-out of Tribeca's flagship Innovation Hub. The scheme will encompass a theatre and events space, town hall space, start-up workspaces, social and collaborative areas, and a dry-lab facility.
Our scope of work also includes space planning test-fits across three separate blocks within the development, the production of marketing collateral, and CAT-A fit-out of selected floors.
Central to our approach is the ability to bring our residential expertise to bear on workplace design - applying the care, sensitivity, and attention to detail drawn from our residential and hospitality work to create spaces that feel comfortable, intuitive, and human-centred.
