Ground Works at Regent House

Ground Works at Regent House

Works on the Regent House scheme are progressing apace. Piling work took place pre-Christmas and in the New Year, contractor Deconstruct have already reached basement level two, (as shown in the photo). Back in September we completed our Stage 4 design for the interior architecture and the main contract for construction will be awarded imminently. We'll be reviewing the winning contractor's design information over the coming months as part of our compliance role.

Situated between Marylebone and Edgware Road, Regent House is a mixed-use development comprising office, retail units, 24 luxury apartments and residents' facilities. MSMR Architects are appointed to the residential space planning and interior architecture, working closely with developer Native Land and lead architects Stiff & Trevillion.
