We're feeling very pleased this week having made the Building Magazine's 'Good Employer' top 50 list for a fourth consecutive year.
This year's entry process was slightly different. Over and above offering generous employee packages, Building Magazine wanted companies to provide evidence of well thought-out and innovative programmes that have helped change the way people foster positive places to work.
Building Magazine created five categories: training, outreach and recruitment, flexible working and parental policies, connection and communication and well being. Our entries included several staff testimonials which makes it even more special that MSMR have been selected. We were included in the flexible working and parental policies category.
Associate, Chloe Craig said,
"Two days before I went on maternity leave I was promoted to associate level and I think that really highlights the company’s ethos when it comes to how they view career progression for staff who also happen to be parents."
