Led by Simon, the MSMR directors toured construction at One Bishopsgate Plaza today with Lendlease Design Manager, Helen Yabsley. Once built, the 43-storey tower will be home to 160 apartments and a 5* Pan Pacific hotel, complete with swimming pool and a large ballroom. The directors inspected the current structure from the lowest basement level up to level six above ground and discussed the complex logistics of building in a densely-packed, central London location.
As well as our role as interior architects, designing the residential element or 'Sky Residencies' on the higher floors of the tower, MSMR are also appointed as delivery architects for the Yabu Pushelberg-designed hotel.
