Behind the retained Portland Stone façade on London's Regent Street, demolition is complete and the tower crane is up (red structure pictured). Works are now underway preparing the surface for the basement slab and the basement drainage system.
MSMR are providing a full architectural service on Morley House, working to deliver the new build and part restoration scheme with contractor Kier for developer The Crown Estate.
