Located in Chelsea, this development includes the conversion of two floors of office accommodation and an existing ground floor under croft parking area into eight private residential apartments.
The rearranged layout provides a new entrance to the building and central courtyard. Glazing on the front and rear elevations has been replaced with new windows and bronze infill panels that create a contemporary residential scale.
