MSMR's design for the 6,900 sq. ft. workspace for Derwent London is located on the second-floor of the Featherstone Building, designed by Morris & Co.
The project builds on our experience designing furnished and flexible workspaces, and responds to the anticipated needs of occupants in the Old Street area. The space comprises three generous meeting rooms, co-working space, and both formal and informal social spaces. The design provides a variety of work space types enabling both collaborative and autonomous working. The project comprises three generous meeting rooms, private call rooms and both formal and informal social spaces.
The plan is organised to maximise natural light and maintain the triple aspect views in the central collaboration zone. Fixtures and fittings allow occupants to personalise the space.
