St John's Wood House

MSMR undertook the full refurbishment of this Grade II-listed house and mews building located in north London. The finished building includes a newly excavated basement level - housing a swimming pool and ancillary facilities - below the main house and both front and rear gardens. MSMR architects obtained planning permission and listed-building consent and provided a full architectural service for the development.
