This project involved the complete refurbishment of a Grade II listed townhouse and reconstruction of the adjoining mews house.
A new basement level was created, increasing to a level and a half below the courtyard and mews and containing a new swimming pool and a car stacker. An unsympathetic fourth floor extension was replaced with a more traditional mansard storey.
MSMR obtained planning permission and listed-building consent and provided full architectural services.
