This unique mixed-use 43-storey tower, located in the heart of the City of London, comprises a 237-room, 5* luxury hotel and 160 apartments or ‘Sky Residences’.
The residential component of the development is arranged across the top 21 levels of the tower. Residents have access to the hotel services below and private amenity spaces above. These includes a residents’ lounge, a bar and a generous external terrace with view of the Thames, Tower Bridge, the Tower of London and Canary Wharf beyond.
MSMR’s design for the interior fit out of the residences is inspired by the spectacular views across the city, together with the geometry, patterns and shapes of the PLP-designed tower. The sequence and proportion of spaces has been thoroughly considered and the selection of materials and finishes provide an elegant creative response, appropriate for contemporary City living.
MSMR's collaborative approach with Yabu Pushelberg, PLP and developers Stanhope and UOL, has ensured a coordinated, seamless design at every level of building.
