MSMR provided planning submission services for the redevelopment of Macdonald House on Grosvenor Square to provide 41 apartments.
The prominent, 200,000 sq ft, seven-storey building overlooks London’s most renowned garden square and has been widely publicised as the 'most prestigious address in the world'.
A number of significant constraints were addressed to secure permission for the change of use, as well as the additional penthouse and below ground levels. The historic Mayfair setting, established townscape views and freeholder requirements were all key considerations during the design process.
