Located on Buckingham Street, within the Adelphi Conservation Area between the Strand and Victoria Embankment, this conversion of office space to private residential accommodation provides 11 luxury apartments. MSMR worked with interior designer LINLEY to retain this Grade II listed building’s original Georgian features while re-modelling its interior for contemporary city living.
Central to the scheme, which comprises 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units over four floors, is an 18th century cantilevered stone staircase with a continuous iron bar balustrade, top lit by the original dome skylight.
