This project comprises the complete demolition and reconstruction of a double mews property to provide a modern four-bedroom house. MSMR's design includes a generous double-height entrance space with glass floor, allowing natural light into the newly excavated basement. The development also includes leisure facilities including a cinema and fitness room in the basement, a new garage at ground floor and a spacious roof terrace. MSMR was appointed to provide full architectural services and worked in collaboration with Xenia Management and Xenia Interiors.
