Following the successful refurbishment of Richard Siefert’s 90 Long Acre, Platform Associates and Northwood Investors commissioned MSMR to design their new headquarters on the sixth floor of the building. In addition to providing flexible, modern workspace, the 9,000 sq ft interior fit out includes a shared lounge and co-work space for the building’s tenants.
