MSMR’s penthouse fit-out in 5 Belvedere Road has achieved building regulations approval by the Building Safety Regulator.
The fit-out is for a joint venture partnership by developers Qatari Diar and Canary Wharf Group and represents the final phase of this existing 21 storey building.
Securing approval marks a significant milestone for the scheme, ensuring full compliance with the latest building safety standards and paving the way for completion of this prestigious development. MSMR produced the Stage 3 pack and provided delivery architect and principal designer services.
