MSMR are delighted to have been appointed to provide interior space planning and fit-out services for the ground floor of ‘Red Hall’.
This is part of the Oxford North life-sciences district; a new 64-acre joint venture development between Oxford St Johns College, Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, and Stanhope.
The Red Hall building will be a central hub for the masterplan and is currently under construction. The design and fit-out of the 1000 sq m ground floor will create flexible lounge and co-working spaces, a café, a town-hall meeting, presentation, and wellness facility along with a marketing suite for the development.
