Project progress - 21/09/23
Kensington and Chelsea Planning Committee approve MSMR’s Ansdell Street project. The decision received support from the planning officers, committee and local residents.
The proposed terrace of 10 houses, replaces an existing building in the Kensington Court Conservation Area. The houses will optimise energy performance, minimize carbon emissions, and introduce green spaces such as courtyard gardens and green roofs. The project aims to contribute positively to the urban environment not only from this emphasis on sustainability, but by its contextual response to the local area.
