MSMR Architects has successfully achieved planning permission for the design of a comprehensive re-development in Sutton town centre, for developer Paradigm Land.
Sutton Park House will deliver 149 apartments with a mix of sizes and tenures. It is targeted at the local market and the majority of apartments have terraces and views over-looking neighbouring, Manor Park.
The consented scheme includes retention of, and alterations to, elements of the structural frame and foundations of the existing 1970’s office building. This retrofit approach will reduce the time required to construct the new development and maximise the opportunities for a more sustainable, environmentally responsible design. In addition to the new apartments, the development includes flexible commercial space at ground and lower ground floor levels, external garden spaces, residents' amenities and public realm improvements.
