Project progress - 09/03/18
This week several members of the team visited both Ransome's Wharf and nearby Elcho Street for a last look at the existing site. The mixed-use scheme MSMR have designed for the site combines 118 new homes, flexible commercial spaces and improved public realm for Battersea including new connections to the waterfront.
Working with developers The Curatus Trust, MSMR have also designed a four storey apartment block with commercial at ground level, which is currently a garage tucked between two adjoining buildings on Elcho Street.
