Project progress - 25/02/19
With excavation of the lower levels complete, the Knightsbridge design team headed to site to see the various construction processes taking place. Work by contractor, Sir Robert McAlpine continues apace, constructing the new build element behind the retained facade. Pouring of the first floor slab is expected to commence this week.
Back in the studio, the team are working on the interior architectural designs for the 15 luxury apartments and communal areas. We are working alongside principal architect Dixon Jones and conservation architect Richard Griffiths on this unique project.
