Last week associate Sasha led two teams on a tour of the construction site at Morley House. The incredible frame structure (pictured) will hold the listed façade (which fronts London's Regent Street) in place while the new part of the building is constructed behind. The depth of the site is impressive too, with basement works about to begin by Kier the contractor.
MSMR are providing a full architectural service on Morley House, working to deliver the new build and part restoration scheme for developer The Crown Estate. The final scheme will provide 44 private rental apartments ranging in size from one to three bed, including two penthouse duplex units.
