While construction works are in progress on site, Knightsbrige Gate's developer, APML has released the scheme's promotional website and video to potential buyers.
In the video, (below), Mike discusses MSMR's approach to the interior architecture and the importance of balancing the original building's Edwardian heritage with contemporary elements that respond to the new south-facing elevation. The Grade II-listed, façade retention scheme comprises retail units, office space and 15 lateral and duplex apartments. MSMR is providing interior architecture and interior design services on the residential element working alongside the scheme's lead architect, Dixon Jones.
