We're thrilled to see Norland Place make the latest issue of design and architecture magazine, Studio.

The Holland Park scheme involved the construction of a new-build mews house behind a retained fa├žade, including the creation of a new basement, designed around a double height internal courtyard with glazed roof to draw light into the property.

' "Our client wanted to maximise the feeling of space and was very interested in the layout and how you would move through the house. It was about clean proportions." MSMR translated this perfectly, right from the front door which steps into a broad hallway with polished concrete floor and a staircase with dramatic cantilevered treads and a floor-to-ceiling glass screen in lieu of a balustrade... '
