We're delighted to report that MSMR's second penthouse project at Lowndes Square has completed.
The development, for Dwyer Asset Management, saw two penthouses constructed on the roof of a mansion block overlooking the square.
The build was complicated by the fact that the mansion block remained occupied throughout construction.
MSMR worked closely with Helen Green Design to deliver the luxury interiors.
