Lowndes Square Triplex

MSMR's design for this project included the amalgamation of an existing ground floor unit with basement storage below to create a triplex apartment. A wine cellar and rear extension have been constructed and generous open-plan spaces have been created around a top-lit internal light well. A dramatic glass bridge links the reception areas to a private terrace at the rear. MSMR provided a full architectural service on the project.
