Located on a steeply sloping site next to the 1920s Rock Hotel, this development is clean, modernist and linear, providing 20 apartments that create a dramatic addition to the Rock and reflect the heritage of the adjacent hotel. Extensive terracing and floor-to-ceiling windows provide panoramic views to the front, contrasting with smaller punched openings at the rear to give framed views of the hillside behind. MSMR provided a full architectural service.
