17 Elcho Street has had further success, taking the top prize in its category at the recent UK Property Awards.
The project, which sees a dilapidated Battersea site transformed to provide commercial space along with four residential units above, was awarded 5 stars in the "Best Mixed-use Architecture, London" category.
