Pancake day fell on the last day of February this year but was well worth the wait, in our view!
We had the excellent Eden Caterers on site to offer MSMR staff a tasty pancake lunch, with a spread of familiar sweet and savoury fillings and plenty of fresh pancakes.
Fresh berries and whipped mascarpone cheese proved a winning combination this year - made all the more decadent with the addition of hot chocolate sauce...
