MSMR Associate Sally Atkinson's Capital Idea features in the latest issue of NLA's New London Quarterly.
Sally's proposal, titled South-bed Walk, offers a solution to the congested two-mile walk between Waterloo and Tower Bridge.
Built along the edge of the riverbed, the South-bed Walk is a robust causeway that reveals itself with the tide, effectively doubling space so that the diverse mix of visitors to the Southbank is accommodated.
