Our exhibition entitled 'Collective Consciousness' mapped the local area around Waterloo with a grid of models made by each member of the practice

London Festival of Architecture

This month is London Festival of Architecture, the annual celebration by the NLA, encouraging practices across the capital to hold events, talks and exhibitions. On Friday it was our turn and we opened the doors of our Waterloo studio to the public, with an exhibition in response to the LFA's Identity theme.

Installed in the front yard of the Old School, our exhibition entitled 'Collective Consciousness' mapped the local area around Waterloo with a grid of models made by each member of the practice. The results proved to be colourful with an eclectic mix of materials and approaches including concrete, wool, clay, wood, metal and coins. We had over 50 visitors during the day and plenty of positive feedback about our space.

In the evening we invited our clients and collaborators to the studio for delicious sourdough pizza, drinks and music. Over 100 people packed into the yard on the warm Summer's evening in the city.

The London Festival of Architecture runs until 30th June with events across the capital. Click here for listings.
