MSMR has collaborated with Core Five and Knight Frank on their latest research report.
The London Development Design Study looks at how design and specification can influence development cost as well as the desirability of schemes.
The study finds that design and specification can be more important than extensive amenity in prime London development, with buyers increasingly more focused on space, layout, architecture and views.
The study also highlights the importance of good design, with case studies demonstrating how layout changes can improve livability and desirability.
