Planning permission has been granted for our first student housing development for a site on Harrow Road.
The scheme, for a private client, comprises the complete redevelopment of the Harrow Road site to accommodate modern retail space at ground level with 24 large, high-quality student rooms above along with associated ancillary student accommodation.
