Project progress - 12/12/20
MSMR’s Farm Street project, a mixed use scheme in Mayfair's Conservation Area, is progressing well with new contractor MY Construction. The team are starting to see their hard work pay off as original design ideas are being realised on site; diaper brickwork detailing erected, glazing with sandblasted pattern installed, routered aluminium panel mock-ups agreed and roof zinc shingles installation almost complete.
The scheme accommodates 14 high quality, intermediate residential apartments and a Westminster City Council street cleansing depot with associated offices and ancillary space at ground and first floors. Completion is due early 2021.
