MSMR’s Farm Street project has been successful at the first stage assessment of the 2022 Civic Trust Awards and is a Regional Finalist.
A joint venture between Westminster City Council and Caudwell, this unusual development in the middle of Mayfair provides off-site affordable housing associated with the neighbouring Audley Square Redevelopment.
Completed by MY Construction in April this year, Farm Street has been designed and developed in line with Westminster’s ‘City for All’ agenda, providing a much-needed addition to its affordable housing provision in this part of central London.
The Civic Trust Awards scheme was established in 1959 to recognise outstanding architecture, planning and design in the built environment.
All Regional Finalists of the 2022 Civic Trust Awards will now be considered by the National Judging Panel to be Highly Commended or remain as a Regional Finalist. Results will be announced in January 2022.
