The MSMR team were back in Scotland last week for the 17th Buccleuch Property Challenge.
Our competitors, David Baggaley, Sarah Bass and Tom Gorringe, were in high spirits as the morning fog lifted from the rolling forests of the Drumlanrig Castle and Queensbury Estate. After 50km of orienteering on bike and foot, including a refreshing dip in the River Nith, an assault course, and a sumo-relay, our team 'Two Glass Backs and a Dodgy Knee' placed sixth in the mixed team's category!
Many thanks and congratulations to the event organisers, all participants, and everyone who donated to this year's charity partner, The Ella Dawson Foundation. The challenge has raised an incredible £18,000 to support the charity and the incredible work they do providing young adults diagnosed with cancer and their families or carers with tailored wellbeing support.
