We are delighted to see our Belgrave Mews North project shortlisted in the International Design & Architecture Awards 2014, in the Residential £5 Million Plus category.
The development, for Landmass London, reconfigures an existing Grade II listed building in the Belgravia Conservation Area to create a contemporary three bedroom home, including a spacious lower ground level and a south-facing roof terrace.
Creative use of glass flooring through the property allows natural light to permeate each floor, resulting in modern and bright spaces. Construction was completed in the summer of this year.
