Phase 1 of the new 10,000 sqft basement at Ancaster House completed earlier this month.
The project links two neighbouring listed buildings at basement level to form a single site. The redevelopment returns original plan form to the lower ground floor and moves modern interventions to the new basement.
A new courtyard incorporating a concealed eight-car stacking system sits between the two buildings.
