We look closely at vertical and horizontal circulation, arrival sequences, access, egress, servicing and building management. Integrating and co-coordinating building MEP services is a key activity we address from the outset and throughout the project.
At individual unit level, we think about the size, proportion and sequence of internal spaces, carefully considering external views and relationships with light and space.
At the most detailed level, our space planning service includes the selection of materials, textures and colour. This establishes a suitable architectural language for joinery and other special features, as well as determining an appropriate level of speciﬁcation for the target market.
