MSMR successfully designed and delivered the CAT A fit-out for this 4,540 sqft self-contained office space within Derwent London’s 80 Charlotte Street development.

The space incorporates exposed mechanical and electrical services coordinated within the existing structural grid. The fit out includes an arrival stair, platform lift and wheelchair accessible superloos.
