Construction is progressing well at Sycamore Road, with the concrete core complete and the roof frame currently being installed.
MSMR successfully achieved planning consent for this mixed-use, residential-led scheme. This comprehensive redevelopment of an under-utilised site in the town centre, the design provides retail units at ground level and residential accommodation over three floors, organised around a private rear courtyard garden.
