Project progress - 16/03/22
Works are progressing well onsite at N05 East Village, a high quality new build development in Stratford’s East Village, formerly the Athlete’s Village for the London Olympics in 2012. MSMR developed the design for QDD which incorporates generous family sized apartments.
The concrete frame has reached the fifth floor and the formwork for sixth floor has started. The core is largely complete with only the top slab remaining, the precast slab edges are the finished floor bands which will support the brickwork. The frame is due to top out in the next month.
Project Associate Director Kevin was on site this week to record the progress.
