We are pleased to learn that Morley House, our recently completed project for The Crown Estate, is already fully let.
Originally built in 1924, the grade II listed building has been redeveloped behind retained facades to provide 44 luxury apartments for rental on London’s prestigious Regent Street.
MSMR's interior concept design draws inspiration from the building’s jazz-age origins and its location in heart of the West End, to create a refined, elegant look and feel.
We are also very excited that Morley House has been selected as a finalist in the Building Magazine Project of the Year category.
